The Intellectual Property and therefore the Rights of Author of all the sketches, photographs or technical drawings exposed in this Web page are unique and exclusively COSTAMAR INMO’s property as well as of the owners of said documents whom authorise COSTAMAR to his exhibition. They are both protected by Statutory law 15/99 of December 13th.
Any use, without the express authorisation of COSTAMAR INMO or of the owners, is punished by the Penal Code arts. 270, 271 and 272:
I ARTICLE 270: "it will be punished with a sentence of six months to two years of prison, or with a fine of six to twenty-four months, anyone who, with spirit of profit and in damage of third party, reproduces, plagiarises, distributes, or communicates publicly, in his totality or partially, a literary, artistic or scientific work, or its transformation, interpretation or artistic execution fixed in any kind of support or communicated through any means, without the authorisation of the holders of the corresponding rights of intellectual property or its assignees.
The same sentence will prevail to whom deliberately imports, exports or stores these works or the reproductions of said works without the referred authorisation.
It will also be punished with the same sentence the company, putting in circulation and possession of any means specifically destined to facilitate the non authorised suppression or neutralisation of any technical device set up to protect computer programs.
I ARTICLE 271. - The prison sentence of a year to four years, a fine of eight to twenty-four months, the special incapacitation for the exercise of the profession related to the committed crime, for a period of two to five years, will prevail when some of the following circumstances occurs:
a) If the obtained benefit has special economic importance.
b) If the caused damage is of special gravity.
In such cases the Judge or Court will be able, also, to decree the temporary or definitive closing of the condemned industry or establishment. The temporary closing will not exceed in any case five years.
I ARTICLE 272. -
1. - The extension of the civil responsibility derived from the crimes above mentioned will be governed by the Intellectual Property Law dispositions relative to the cease of the illicit activity and to the indemnification of the damages.
2. - In case of condemnatory Sentence, the Judge or Court will be able to decree the condemnation publication on an official newspaper"

The patrimonial rights relative to their use correspond to COSTAMAR INMO.
Consequently, the user of this Web site commits itself to respect the enunciated rights and to avoid any performance that could harm them.
The user is authorised to visualise, print, copy or store, in any way, in his hard disk or another hardware, the contents and information actually hold in exclusivity by COSTAMAR INMO.
